Welcome to HotWifi! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our hotspot services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
“HotWifi” refers to the company providing hotspot services, including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives.
“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using HotWifi’s services.
3. Use of Services
HotWifi provides hotspot services to restaurants, offices, hotels, and hospitals in Ontario, Canada.
Users may access and use HotWifi’s services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of HotWifi’s services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Users agree not to use HotWifi’s services to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

In no event shall HotWifi’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing HotWifi’s services.

Upon termination, users must cease all use of HotWifi’s services and may be required to delete any downloaded or stored content.
